I Have a freind that called Pappadeaux's from La. for two weeks to see if they had boiled crawfish.They told her that they would have some on Tuesday at 3:00p.m They even called her in La. and left a message. She came over that afternoon . After a four hour drive I called to verify that they still had some( I live five minutes away). I was told yes. When we got there they told us they were out and only served crawfish from 3-6:30 p.m. NOT ONCE IN ALL THE OTHER CONVERSATIONS WAS THIS EVER MENTIONED.NEEDLESS TO SAY I AM VERY UPSET AND SO IS SHE. THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS. The manager could not have cared less.
